Welcome to Brickwall Farm, where we have two self-catering holiday cottages on the edge of the village of Sible Hedingham. Within easy reach of a wide range of local attractions, the cottages and this small family farm offer a lovely base for a relaxing country break.
The Holiday Cottages
The two cottages are situated opposite the farmhouse, with easy access to over 50 acres of pasture and woodland grazed by rare breed cattle and sheep. They are part of a pretty barn conversion with exposed beams, tiled ground floor, oak staircase and upstairs floorboards.
Each cottage has a well equipped kitchen, comfortable furnishings, television, free WiFi and central heating, and all bedrooms are en suite. Users have full access to a heated outdoor pool, tennis court, family-friendly fishing and other available facilities.
Patsy’s Cottage

This two bedroom, two bathroom cottage is designed with the downstairs twin bedroom and facilities accessible for those with limited mobility or disabilities. There is a sunny paved patio space for when the weather is good, and its dog friendly!
Jo’s Cottage
Sleeps 2
A cosy cottage for two, with a romantic four poster bed, well equipped kitchen and comfortable living area with everything you need for a relaxing break. With a sunny paved patio space, it’s also dog friendly!
“We absolutely love the peace and beauty of this farm. So many places to explore, animals to see and the pool and tennis court are the perfect addition. The children (and adults) loved swimming in the warm pool and everywhere is very clean and well maintained.

Our facilities
Tennis Court
This hard court is maintained to a high standard, and a small selection of adult and children’s racquets and balls are available for you to use.
Heated Swimming Pool
The pool is open from Easter to October (weather permitting).
Fishing Lake
There is a one-and-a-half acre lake, with ‘family friendly fishing’ available.
Play Barn
A modernised barn next door to the cottages providing a weatherproof space for playing including table tennis and pool tables.
